Plaintiffs in the Robinson v. US to Get Day in Court

The trial begins Monday April 20 in the matter of Robinson v. US (06-2268) before the Honorable Stanwood R. Duval, Jr. , United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. The plaintiffs will prove that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' failure to correct dangerous conditions that manifested themselves after the design and construction of the Mississippi River - Gulf Outlet (MRGO) caused the catastrophic flooding of the homes in the New Orleans area.
